PAYING HOA DUES
The HOA fee is currently $335 per month and is due on the first of each month.
Treo offers home owners two ways to pay their monthly assessments:
The first way is through the Treo Vantaca homeowner portal. Homeowners will have to register their account before being granted access to the portal. This will require homeowners to provide Treo with their email address. These registration emails are sent after we receive their contact information when the home is purchased. Please email natalie@treoproperties.com to get set up with the Treo Vantaca homeowner portal.
The second way to pay for monthly assessments is directly through the association’s bank, CIT. Here is the link and information to make payments and set up autopay:

CLUBHOUSE
- Hours: 6 am to 11 pm (doors lock automatically)
- Hot Tub: Open Year Round
- Pool: Open Seasonally
- Parking: For Clubhouse Use Only

- It is $5/hour to rent either the Great Room or the Theater Room in the clubhouse payable via Credit Card through the Skedda Booking System
